Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, the swimsuit must be in perfect condition, clean, WITHOUT its hygienic protector and without marks of use or washing, it cannot have modification. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, write an email at info@shellshinebeachwear.com using the Subject "Return Order", tell us in your email your order number and email associated with the order, mention the reason why you want to exchange your order. We will verify and we will reply to your request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label USA orders over $100 only, international return shipping labels are paid by the customer. As well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- We do not accept a swimsuits with its hygienic protector.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
International Orders
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped outside USA, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 15 days (within 15 days of purchase), for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels for international orders.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not, if approved, we will send you a store credit to your email for you to use on your next order, as we do not refund money. We cover one return label per order over $100 spent. SHELLSHINE BEACHWEAR is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.
